I am a big planner and I looove my planner! I schedule in work/appointments (although not too many of those right now ), meals and workouts. I like to know exactly what’s happening every day and it keeps me organized and on track. What do you do to plan for the week ahead? I’ve made zero progress with pull-ups since I last posted a video... probably 2 months ago at least. Do you know why? Because I haven’t practised. I have done zero work on pull-ups and that translates to zero progress. Consistency is everything - if you want to run further, you keep running further. If you want to make progress with your business, your work on your business. If you want to do pull-ups, you keep practicing those pull-ups!

Honestly I think I am still sad about this lockdown and the cancellation of all my plans this month. It feels somewhere between a holiday I didn’t want to take and a complete business failure Anyway, how’s everyone doing? I’ll be spending as much time as I can today in the garden - it’s supposed to be 24C this afternoon so I’m going to pretend I’m on vacation back to motivational content soon

Well in all the excitement of the lockdown announcement and the long weekend I didn’t really register that it was a new month! So tell me, do you have any goals for April? Circumstances might not be what we’d imagined but we can still take steps forward. My goal is to increase my running and get to 15km by the end of the month

Alanna Doxtdator Moore has it summed up perfectly! I couldn’t wait to welcome a community of mothers to my outdoor, socially-distanced strollerfit classes this week. I was excited to think I’d be doing great work in offering these women a place to move their bodies safely and give them space to ease some of the mental load and stress that isolation brings. How is golf fine but this isn’t?

I’ve been thinking about habits a lot recently. Creating healthy habits in my own life, sticking to those habits, helping other people do the same. One habit that I’ve found easier to stick to than others (ahem, regular house cleaning) is walking the dog!
