I can only hope that I did this day justice. When I first met Anita and Ben through Zoom a few days ago, they were very vulnerable with me about their relationship, their intention for their wedding day, and what they hold near and dear to their hearts. I had a front row seat to witness such a beautiful day. Behind them is the house Bens parents built on a cliffside, their ceremony took place on the gazebo overlooking the water. I’m still pinching myself.

Missing those summer days; rolling around in tall grass, the sound of crickets and nightfall, warm sunsets and glorious sunrise. I love these cozy days but DAMN I want all of that summer love and then some.

The best neighbours anyone could ever ask for. Holly and her fam have done so many wonderful things for us since we moved here, and its been a joy to see our kids get along so well! I’m massively grateful! We kept their session personal and went to one of their favourite places, built a huge fire (apparently Oliver loves fire!) and took some shots of them being adorable and loving on each other. Not a lot of people get photos done at this time of year but there are so many pros to it! No mosquitoes, no coming to a spot and finding that it’s already occupied, and there’s always the option to light a fire to keep warm!
