Frozen Birthday Cake. This is a 3 layer Vanilla Cake with Vanilla Buttercream. It is decorated is Vanilla Buttercream and Fondant details. The Anna and Elsa are cute little toys so the bday can play with them when her cake is gone.

Mermaid Cake! I am in love with the bluey/turquoise ombre buttercream ruffles. As a mermaid lover myself this cake was so fun to make. This cake is a 3 layer Vanilla Cake layered with Vanilla Buttercream. The cake is iced in Buttercream ruffles, dusted with edible gold luster dust (if I had a better phone you would be able to see this cake shimmer ) and decorated with chocolate Mermaid Tails, chocolate coral and sea shells. I think I need this cake for my Bday

I am trying to put together a few goodies for a Valentine's day treat box. In preparation for this I thought I would have a go at making some hot chocolate bombs. Feeling Very Grateful Today. Baking for me is not a hobby or side hussle, it is my passion, Full time job and how I help support my family.
