Cognitive boost technology helping a family have harmony Before Christmas I decided to order the sleeve for all of my family members, not knowing if it would help but willing to give it a try. My twin boys who are 18 and have a rare syndrome called Smith Magenis syndrome, which presents with some physical and medical problems/characteristics and a toddler like mentality especially in terms of their tantrums, 0-...60 with not much in between and self-harming and at times attacking others.
