It's the summer of 2020 and things have changed. Life is about change, so I'm taking it in stride. I've had the loveliest clients a Happy Hedgehog could ask for over the past 2.5 years and really enjoyed working with them. Dave (at 88) decided it was time to move into assisted senior living and Ms Jo (at 95) has just passed on to the 'other side.' I will be looking for new clients to serve after a short break. Whenever I work with one of my clients - Mrs E., part of the routine involves helping her to bed at night. With that, I almost always rub some cream (often magnesium rich) into her feet. She loves her little bedtime foot massage and it's something I enjoy doing for her. What a great little visual map this is though. Perhaps I'll be able to target some more specific areas....
