Happy Hollow Microgreens

Sunflower Pesto Vinaigrette 1/4c olive oil 2tbsp white wine vinegar 2-4 tbsp sunflower pesto

Smoothie cubes! The biggest bang for your buck is to eat Microgreens fresh and raw. BUT if you find you have some extra Microgreens try making smoothie cubes! Add Microgreens and a bit of water to a blender and freeze in an ice cube tray. Pull them out and add them to your favourite green smoothie.... #drinkyourgreens
