You should have filled out your request with the butcher already, the cows are getting ready for their "appointments". We will be arranging the delivery dates soon. You need to be there, my freezer certainly can't fit 3 cows :D

Butcher surveys and slaughter dates will be out this week! Keep an eye on your email inbox this weekend. We also have an extra quarter that has come available if you want a little more Happy Cow.

The cows are doing their job and enjoying their delicious diet of pasture and hay. Soon you'll be doing the work, cooking delicious beef :)

We are sold out for 2020, for all our wonderful customers you will receive your butcher survey closer to November. Just think of next summer all your burgers will be extra delicious, if your beef lasts that long!
