Its so nice to finally be back doing what we love, the smoker is smoking, the smell of fresh stock and confit garlic is in the air. We're strategically packing sauces and other prepped items into the fridge. This is the good life! Can't wait to see you all tomorrow!

We will be open this Monday April 12th, 10 am to 9 pm

After months of delays I am happy to say we have received our business license! Our staff will be getting to work to prep and supply the restaurant. Opening date will be announced by end of day tomorrow!

Was just informed that Facebook says we are open, unfortunately we are not. However our make up air unit had been installed, electricians should have it up and running by end of day tomorrow, then we can see what the beaurocrats have to say. But its getting closer everyday.

Yesterday we had what we hoped would be our final inspection, unfortunately through another miscommunication, it turns out there is more work to be done. Some of you had probably heard the rumor we were confident we would be open ghis Friday, however unfortunately that will not be possible. I would like to thank you our fans for being so patient with us while we stumble through confusing and contrasting information; and I would especially like to thank my loyal staff who have been with me since day one and are patiently waiting to return to work.
