There is something so satisfying about pouring a big pot of botanical brew into a bath... my youngest tends to get a belly rash around this time of year that moves through her whole body.. all we can do is up her probiotics, good fats, and homeopathic remedies.. but when she asked for a bath this morning chamomile and calendula were calling from downstairs to be added in. You can go from a regular bath to a soothing anti inflammatory bath in minutes! *few tbsp calendula & chamomile *unbleached muslin cloth *boiled water -let it steep for 5 mins and pour into bath water

Happy Equinox Beauties. I was literally flying yesterday after the most soul nourishing session with @rising_magdalena leading a very powerful Breathwork and @asiaquantum offering Sound Bath with her Alchemy Bowls. These together would have been enough to elevate and transport me, but Being on the lands at @thehiveldnont felt so safe and peaceful that I was lead to an even deeper state of release, that I really cant put into words. I do believe everyone should experience Breathwork to clear and heal themselves with their own breath! This is something Ive been working with since I attended @rising_magdalenas retreat in Glastonbury. Laying in the grass with the most perfect sunshine and birds chirping away was pure bliss. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

This Harvest Moon Retreat last year was so many things. Im so grateful for all of the beautiful connections we made during this event at @thehiveldnont @hope.sister was a HUGE help in creating this magical goddess nook where readings and naps commenced. The outdoor tent area Angela of @jademoon guides us in creating flower crowns, has yoga with @thepeacefulpath, we created alters outdoors with fallen items of the Earth, we sang & danced under the full moon sky to #machi ...by @peiabird, we did Kirtan with @mahadevikirtan after our fire release, we snuggled up with hot stones in our private tents, and feasted on organic, local makings. Some of which was from @rootcellarldn and @curleybrewingco .. @gingercormier was most amazing at assisting behind the scenes, and working her own magick in all sorts of ways. The beautiful flowing waters of Wyldwood Sojourn. Thankful for the rains that came to cleanse and renew us during our retreat time. Sometimes asking and believing is all it takes. We hold so much in our own waters, to receive the songs in the waters flow was very healing.

I cant I believe how quickly this event has come!! 0 sleeps, its tonight!! Yay!! Im so thankful for all the knowledge expressed from these two wise women. @maureenwaltonmurals and @taragreenetarot both lead us in a deeply nurturing and empowering retreat weekend at @wyldwoodsojourn. The information received of the womb technologies and dark goddesses will continue to be integrated and worked into my life. Im feeling very refreshed, and full. What lights you up? During these times of shifting, learning and crumbling old systems, spending more time with yourself, or the people living in your household...what were some of the big realizations youve had about how your living your life? Big changes that have been sparked from this transitional time? I know for me Ive discovered mornings to be my time where I can have some time to ground and centre for the day. Yoni egg practices, embodied dance, meditations, journaling, journeying, goddess workouts, to lounging in the hammock as the sun rises. This has been a big part of feeling whole, supported, and rooted. Feel the flame, and pass it on.
