Although I have met quite a few of my wonderful customers, I certainly haven't been able to introduce myself to many of you, especially with all the Covid restrictions. So, with that being said, Hello , My name is Alanna, I am a wife and mother to 3, I enjoy everything about being outdoors, especially in the woods or on the water. I have lots of fun taking pictures of all aspects of nature, especially my plants! Decorating and arranging furniture is something I love to do...! I have a hard time sitting still and always seem to have to find something to do or a project to start. I grew up in a small area just outside Brockville called Maitland, spent summers in Ivy Lea area, moved to Kingston in 1986. Attended high-school here at Frontenac secondary and attended St Lawrence College for medical office admin.....ya, can't seem to sit behind a desk for more than an hour, haha. I have 2 brothers, also here in Kingston, my mom as well. I am an Auntie to 4 beautiful nieces who are so much fun! I certainly enjoy working with plants and don't see an end to it anytime soon!! I started up Happy Roots Houseplants in Feb 2019 & am really excited that there seems to be many plant lovers in this beautiful city of ours.
