Dear our valued customer: To responding October 31 Happy Veal staff cleaning green bin waste video announcement: Last Tuesday around 3:00 o'clock in the afternoon. We received a phone call from Miller Waste System Inc. and asked us to control the liquid in the green bin because it's too heavy could cause safety issue when they remove the waste. After the phone call, the staff Immediately carry a white container outside to empty the liquid , and then bring the liquid inside an...d dumped to waste sink, about 3 times back and forth. On the next day the story was uploaded to youtube, and named Restaurant Chef fills pot after fishing juice out of outside compost bin. On ThursdayNS food safety inspector came to the site and investigate the incident and gave the results, we did not violate any food and safety policy. To protect our business reputation, we reported the issue to police and are seeking legal advice. We are very much appreciated one of our customer made a great comment under the video and told the truth to public . The video was deleted from youtube on Friday.
