We are sad to say that we are no longer associated with Bouchee Boucher restaurant and butcher shop, as well as Ward 1 restaurant and Lounge. We have done all we can to promote and help develop a successful business from this model. We will no longer be facilitating meat purchases for the butcher shop or helping to manage day to day operations. For all direct marketing farmers who are interested in dealing with food service establishments, I would recommend getting credit references from potential customers before extending any product on credit terms of any sort to anyone. Truly great business relationships come with respect and understanding for what we do as farmers and as business people. Those relationships are out there and they are beneficial, but they are mutually beneficial. Don't sell yourselves short folks.
