Christmas Eve, for me, means candles. Whether it is during the Christmas Eve church service or at home sitting by the Christmas tree . There is just something about the glow of a candle in the darkness of the night.

We saw a few snowflakes this morning. It inspired us to highlight our winter decor. This sweet little picture lights up and shows a lovely winterscape.

Today is a perfect day for a cozy throw. It is damp and cool. Klippen makes a beautiful blanket with a very soft lambswool. These natural fibres give this blanket a so-very-soft feel.

SOLD! This floor runner has been adopted and is on its way to its forever home. It was only with us for a short time, but we loved having it. Don’t fret, we have alternate cotton and sisal floor runners. (Pictures to follow.)

We are flipping the store to winter decor. Sometimes we get a little silly. This is our ‘Charlie’s Angels’ pose. Come on in and see what we are up to today.

The totally awesome hallway/kitchen runner has arrived in our store. Jute, leather and cotton make this beautiful design pop. ( 2 feet 7inches by 96 inches).

We have our work for the day. This skid just arrived. It is like Christmas for us.

The Gift Gallery just received the nicest compliment from a customer who lived out of town. She said our store reminded her of the store in Schitt’s Creek: Rose Apothecary. I think I will be smiling the rest of the day.

I heard this cardinal call my name, so I had to bring it in the store. The gentle glow given by this light is comforting just like the cardinal itself.
