All of them are aimed at adults and will either help make your at-home fitness fun or perhaps help you discover the underlying confidence that you’ve been searching for. Owning Your Health (Wednesd...ays from 5:30PM-6:30PM): Are you tired of being stuck at home and uninspired to move? Do you wish you had a better understanding of your own anatomy and how to achieve goals for your own personal sport or activity? Then this is the course for you. Designed to help your individual goals and give one-on-one time, this course will allow you to feel in control of your own health and fitness plans all from the safety of your own home. Speech and Dramatic Arts (Tuesdays from 3:00PM-4:00PM): Looking for a course to boost confidence and help vastly improve your presentation skills? Through the duration of this course students will learn about using the actor’s/speaker’s tools: breath, projection, articulation, inflection, gestures, eye contact, and body movement in order to gain confidence when speaking in front of an audience. Introduction to Ballet & Contemporary Movement (Wednesdays from 4:30PM-5:30PM): This dance course will inspire you to push yourself beyond what you thought was possible. It will blend the many different aspects of Ballet and Contemporary, while also taking the time to show beginners the basics of each dance genre and give the students a chance to explore their own creative movement. Discovering Broadway Dance (Thursdays from 5:30PM-6:30PM): This course is perfect for anyone who has a love of musicals and is searching for the opportunity to improve their dancing skills. Every two weeks your facilitator will be breaking down and teaching short, vibrant dance routines to songs from several beloved musicals.
