Hunter Milborne, CEO of Milborne Group and a longtime friend of Vernon Shaw, who has spent the majority of his career building a very successful real estate agency in Toronto, is returning to his Hamilton hometown with Harbour Condos on the Bay. Milborne grew up not far from the site and wanted to help create something special for this waterfront property: His family owned a framing shop just down the street. In 1951, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip arrived in Hamilton at the Canadian National Railway station on Stuart Street, just steps from where Harbour Condos on the Bay will sit. After being greeted by Mayor Lloyd D. Jackson, the then-Princess proceeded up James Street before stopping to meet with school children at Civic Stadium.

You could stick to your cleanse today, or you could walk just up the street from Harbour Condos on the Bay to indulge at Chocolat on James (123 James St N). The silky truffles created by chocolatier Sheryl Cronsberry will make you realize that life is too short to go without her mouthwatering confections. We particularly love the black forest truffles.
