Getting ready to attach a face frame piece on the open shelf, also cut the grooves in the doors, This piece is going to be painted white so we had to be sure to paint in the grooves where the frame attaches before assembling the door to allow for any shrinkage of the wood She’s going to be a real beauty

Door glue up today....

Ran into a design error this morning that caused a bit of head scratching, got that figured out then came the face frame discussion...Bill says....this isn’t a cheap piece of IKEA furniture you know it’s supposed to be chunky looking... Lisa says..... No no no those boards are way too chunky plane them down I need them to be thinner..... Bill....grumble grumble as it’s more work for him but he does it. Lisa ....ahhh much better

It’s been a while, finally finished the tub and the maax utile wall system! We love it! The cabinet doors were never finished in this bathroom either, so we are using some re-purposed red oak unfinished hardwood flooring to make the rails and stiles, and then inserting the cherry panels, just getting ready to glue them up. Glad to be out of that bathroom and back in my happy place!

Taking a little break to install a new tub and max utile wall system in our bathroom! Plumbing is not our specialty so it’s taking us awhile Finished pic is what we are hoping it turns out like

Sent this kitchen prep table to its new home yesterday

Using the new doweling jig to centre the castors, what a sweet gadget! Top is done, turned out stunning

Next up... look at the beautiful clean lines on this piece! The arched bottom just makes it look timeless
