The native (undomesticated) origin of coffee is thought to have been Ethiopia. The earliest substantiated evidence of either coffee drinking or knowledge of the coffee tree is from the 15th century, in the Sufi monasteries of Yemen.

many people think that dark roast is the strongest coffee and therefore there is more caffeine than in any other types not that I want to disappoint you but the secret here is that the more you roast the coffee - the less caffeine stays so there is less caffeine in dark roast than in our medium roast beans can be confusing so you should just try which you like more - dark or medium the link for orders is in the bio

Did you know that Ethiopia (and that’s where our coffee is from) is considered to be the birthplace of coffee? There is a very beautiful story There was a goat herder, his name was Kaldi. One day he noticed that his goats ate the green coffee cherries and became very vigor and much more escitable He took the cherries to the monastery, gave them to the monks But they claimed that the cherries he brought were Devil’s work and hurled them into the fire So they star...ted to roast the Devil’s cherries and the odour that slowly filled the room gave them an idea that they were probably wrong because Devil’s work can not smell that good. So after they realized their mistake they took the beans that were already roasted on the fire and put them into a jug and covered with hot water for preservation. Later on the monks were using the brew to stay awake during the night devotions. So we have to thank goats and attentive herder for the magical rink that we all love See more
