Harmony Arts Festival 2020 is cancelled. Read the message to our community: https://westvancouver.ca/cancellations. The District of West Vancouver is cancelling all summer programs, events and rentals offered by the Parks, Culture & Community Services division. This includes the annual Canada Day celebration on July 1, and the Harmony Arts Festival, normally held the first 10 days in August.
