We would like to introduce Mya! Mya is not available yet for obvious reasons! Mya was surrendered to us due to no fault of her own. Sadly her family was evicted from their home and had no place to take Mya. Once Mya has had her babies and they are weaned she will be spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. She will then be looking for her forever home! Mya is a Mastiff x Lab. She is a great girl full of love and affection. So far she has been great with children and other dogs ...and cats. Our ideal home for her would a home where she is the one and only! She loves attention and she deserves to have it all after the life she has had! This is Mya's 3rd litter of pups that we know of. However the information we have been given has been very rocky so we can't really say for sure. She came from a very busy house hold! She has been raised with very young children and other animals. She is very patient and kind. Just over all happy go lucky. Once Mya is closer to being ready we will update her profile and do a great bio on her and start taking applications. It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to sweet Sampson. His surgery was a success however sadly last night he had what we believe was a seizure and possibly developed a blood clot and he passed away in his mom's arms surrounded by his family. Going into surgery we knew the risks for this little guy were high but leaving him with bladder stones was also not a option. Skinny pigs are very sensitive. We would like to thank Dr. Fleming and her amazing team Guelph Animal Ho...spital for taking such good care of him. Our deepest condolences go out to not only Sampson's family but also his veterinary team for their loss. This is a hard time for everyone involved. He was one of a kind and lived a wonderful life filled with love and left nothing but joy everywhere his little paws touched. You will be deeply missed Sampson. Run free sweet boy xoxo See more

Sampson's surgery was a success! We would like to than Dr. Fleming and the amazing team Guelph Animal Hospital for getting in so fast and taking such good care of him! The crazy amount of messages back and forth and easing his anxious momma's mind with updates and photos. Can't wait to pick up this evening and give him some cuddles before he goes home to his family

**NOT AVAILABLE YET** We would like to introduce some very sweet fluffy babies! These little babies are NOT available for viewing or adoption until AFTER the Easter holiday. Please ensure when applying that you have done your research and are ready to commit to owning a bunny! These guys are not just a fun gift for the season. They need proper housing, feeding, handling and care. They are very smart, easy to litter train and very social and friendly! They are use to living in...doors and need to stay that way! They do love to venture outside for playtime in a secure area (supervised of course!) And we have started getting them use to the the litter box! Rabbits make amazing companions! Theses guys are a lion head mix. There are several litters that will be available for adoption once they are ready as there were several mom's surrendered together all of whom were pregnant! As the babies become available we will start posting more information and photos but just couldn't resist sharing a few photos of the cuteness overload with everyone of some outside playtime! Sampson's family is in need of some support. Instead of surrendering to us and pulling him away from his family we are trying to help in any way we can to keep him with his family! We will be doing what we can to support Sampson and the Boone family threw his surgery and after care. If you would like to donate threw the gofund me please feel free. UPDATE :. GARFIELD AND CALI HAVE FOUND THEIR FOREVER HOME TOGETHER! Garfield and Cali are looking for a family to call their own! These two are a bonded pair and we would like to have them placed into their forever home together. They are roughly 5 and 6 months old. Different litters but same farm. These two came to us terrified of people and other animals. They have grown a ton of confidence since being here. They both are great with dogs and other cats now. Cali is tolera...nt of being pet and cuddled. Garfield is still a little hesitant but likes to be close to everyone. Garfield LOVES dogs. Both are now litter trained and healthy. Their adoption will include spay/neuter appt and vaccines will be updated during surgery. This cost is included with adoption fees and will be prepaid to the clinic with a pre-booked appt (if they go home before their surgery date). Many orphans can be left a few hours to see if mom comes back...NOT OPOSSUMS! If you see a baby like this one in a yard or anywhere, get it quickly in a littl...e box or pet carrier with a blanket and keep warm. Momma opossum can have up to 13 babies. As they grow, they don't all fit in the pouch so they ride on her back. If something startles her and she runs, one can fall off. Momma doesn't know she lost one so please never ever leave one thinking mom will come back... See more

Found dog. She was found yesterday on side road 15 in the luther marsh. Looks to be a collie bermese mix. Very well trained and very good with other dogs. Looks to have hip issues and may have possibly been dumped. If you have any information that may help us please pm. If this is your dog please ensure you have proof of ownership. Ex: multiple photos, vet records, township licence.

Meet Rebel! Rebel is a 1.5 year old purebred English Bulldog. Rebel has had a rough start to life and needs a home best suited for his needs. In his short life Rebel has undergone many surgeries. 2 because of his breed and 1 because of his owner. Rebel has had 2 cherry eye surgeries. Both of these were not 100% successful. When he is over stimulated or stressed they will come out slightly. This does not cause him pain or complications and they recede on his own. It was advis...ed that he does not have a 3rd surgery as it could do more damage than good! When Rebel was 8 months old his owner decided to get him ready for stud use. With a english bulldog breeding is done via sperm collection by an experienced collector. Which his owner was not. This resulted in a prolapsed penis! Which was left untreated for several weeks. Once surgery was completed he prolapsed again. He was then deemed unable to breed and became unwanted. Rebel is a good boy but not without faults but really are any of us? Rebel is typical to his bully breed. He is very stubborn. He will listen when it suits him. He needs a strong owner who is able to control him as he is a little power house! Rebel is fully house trained. He is crate trained however he hates it due to being crated far too much and often will have an accident in the crate if left too long. He cannot have any beds or blankets in his crate or he will pee on them Out of the crate of he gated in a room with nothing he can get into he is great! He will chew and eat things. Never furniture but odd items like paper, plastic, pens, rubber toys are gone in minutes! He needs work on his leash work and jumping up on people. He has gotten much better during his time with us. He loves to play and has some weird obsession with pushing under your legs and having your feet on his back! He is very gentle taking food and treats. Rebel is great with other dogs however we recommend that he is only placed in a home with dogs his size or larger as he loves to play but does not realise his size! He has lived with cats. He never hurts them but will chase if they run. Due to his size and training needs we do not recommend he be placed in a home with young children. He does jump up and this could be dangerous with a small child. He does love kids and has never shown any signs of aggression. Rebel has been neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped. See more

We are reaching out to all our followers once again with a desperate plea for donations. With depleted finds we are struggling to keep up and this means turning away animals that need help! We have vet bills piling up and a due to people not being honest about conditions of surrenders these vet bills aren't cheap and have impacted the other animals in the rescue. We are in desperate need of restocking our medications. Animals that need refills on medications, follow up exams..., a wait list for spay/neuter, vaccine appointments, we just used our last microchip, are running low on kibble. We have Pluto who needs to see a specialist, needs a wheelchair, and more testing. We can't keep up and feel like some days its 1 step forward and 4 steps back! And the pleas for help just keep coming in. It's heartbreaking to say no when someone needs our help but without the financial availablilty to help our hands are tied and we have used everything we have including a lot out of our personal accounts as usual thanks to unhonest surrenders PLEASE if you can help at all contact us. We had a lovely visit from Daisy tonight (previously known as Edna) and hooked her up with some cute winter gear! This will be her first experience with snow since she was previously living in Kuwait! Cant wait for the videos of her wearing her new winter boots! Her new family is doing amazing with her training and she has put some weight on. We are continuing to monitor her legs Thank you so much for the visit, cuddles and kisses! It was the perfect end to a long stressful day xoxo

Pluto has arrived! His journey has just begun in Ontario. Sadly the wheel chair that was donated for him is too big and won't work so we are going to start a fundraiser for a new one.

Meet Jodi! Jodi is a cute little male Boston terrier mix. Jodi is roughly 2 years old. He is looking for a home with NO CHILDREN. A single person who is home majority of the day and someone whonis familiar with a dog with social anxiety. Jodi was not properly socialized in his past home and is nervous around strangers. He takes time to warm up with new people and has been working hard on gaining trust with new people and new situations. Once he gains your trust he is funny boy full of energy and cuddles!
