Happy new year!! Here is to 2021 being about health, happiness and BALANCE!!! It's time for humanity to feel great and reconnect not only to eachother but to our own bodies!! Much love!

It's that time of year where SADS (seasonal affected disorder) kicks in and affects our energy and our moods!! Remember to help yourself combat this. There are many things that help with SADS. (Always check with your doctor if you are experiencing a severe case and before trying any of these, especially if you are on other medications) - Get outside as much as possible. This is great for vit D that we absorb through sunlight. Also intake of fresh oxygen is always good for ou...r systems! - Go for walks - Exercise. Do anything you find fun, but move your body and get your heart pumping and limbs moving! - Supplements to try: Vit D, B12, B complex, vit C, Lions mane (and in a bit more intense cases St. John's Wort (check with physician before taking this if you are unsure!) - Sun lights - Talk on the phone or video with friends and family - Laugh a lot, play and be silly Take care. Put your health and wellness on high priority. And remember that you are amazing, wonderful and strong. Your body is amazing, give it the chance to show you! Much love!
