Hello everyone, Hope your week has started off well. We're glad to announce we have gotten our problems with our phone fixed and are now able to listen to our messages and change our voicemail again. When you call in and get our voicemail, it will no longer tell you we are closed when we are not! Also, if you are calling with a question, feel free to leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can. If you are arriving for an appointment or to pick up something for your pet, however, we ask that you do not leave a message and instead try calling again, to let us know that you are here. Happy Friday Everyone! We regret to inform you right now that we are having some problems with our answering machine service on our phones. You can absolutely give us a call with any questions or concerns, but please do not leave a message as we are unable to access them right now. Please wait for a few minutes, and try calling in again. You can also email us at [email protected], but please note that due to a high volume of messages we have been receiving, it may take ...up to 24-48 hours for a reply. We are also unable to change the message that has been set, so it is currently set to saying that we are closed. If you are contacting us between the hours of 8:30 am - 6:30 pm on weekdays or 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Saturdays, then we are in fact open. We are closed outside of those hours. Dear Valued Clients, We are all aware of the concerns and rapidly changing situation with COVID-19. Due to the close public contact that our work requires, we have taken necessary measures to protect our clients and our staff. we are working hard to ensure we can continue to provide excellent care for our pets and pet parents. ... The following changes have taken effect from Tuesday March 24th , 2020: 1. We will be open Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday & Sunday Closed 2. Like many veterinary hospitals right now, we will be taking sick patients only. No annual vaccines appointment or elective surgeries 3. Currently, we are operating a closed-door clinic to protect our clients and staff. We ask you to stay in your vehicle and use your cell phone to call our front desk once you have arrived. We will take a history over the phone and bring your pet into the clinic for an examination with the veterinarian. Then the Veterinarian will call you back with recommendations and estimate cost for the treatment. After providing necessary treatment we will return your pet to your vehicle. We take the payment also over the phone and at this moment we accept credit card payments only. No debit or Cash payment 4. If you are ordering food or medications, please allow 5-7 business days as our suppliers are dealing with issues at their ends and are attempting to provide orders as soon as possible. We will advise you as soon as your order arrives. Please call us when you arrive to pick up your order - our staff will bring your order to your car, 5. Also, as you all know we are entering into the Flea &Tick season. So, we highly recommend starting the prevention. If any clients want to purchase pls give us a call first to make sure we have one in stock for your pet and then book a time slot for pick up. 6. Following the recommendations of our government and human medical experts, we are doing our best to practice social distancing within the constrains of our jobs and have taken these measures to avoid both contracting and facilitating spread of this disease. 7.
