As expected, and with regret, this concert has been cancelled for April 5/20 and rescheduled for Sunday, 7.30pm, Oct. 4/20 within the St. Luke's Anglican Church concert series.

The concert title is inspired by a Welsh cookbook, " First Catch your Peacock". Our program is a mix of readings and music from Wales and Welsh Patagonian and includes two charming Scottish pieces " The Sow's Tail" and " The Hen's March"

We have a Nutcracker mime participating in our concert. Her name is Jennifer Jakob and she is also a very fine harpist. Hope to see you for an afternoon prelude to the Christmas season.

The Ottawa Youth Harp Ensemble with guest soloist Marilyn Jenkins, soprano, is again giving a Christmas Concert at St. Andrew's United Church, Pakenham. The concert takes place on Nov. 24, 3.00pm in the church. Pakenham has their annual Christmas craft fair just across the street from the church on the same weekend. In addition to music from the Christmas season, the ensemble will perform pieces from Ireland, Scotland and Venezuela.
