A little mid-week peaceful gift of peace, to you, if you need this moment! We are experimenting with various types of outdoor sound recording. It is my hope to come close to perfection for the next sound recording that will be done on Kingsport Beach in the near future. A little gift from me to you, 7 minutes of recalibrating mind, spirit and body! Thank you to Hal, Eric, Kim for their input in the project done last September 6th on Kingsport Beach: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xCQf4U_cBTQ Slowly getting ready for the next season!

Quote from my book: Reality Slap by Russ Harris "No matter what you are going through today, drop the anchor!" A message basically for me in these times of grieving, shared with you with love and tenderness! Here is a short quote to help us live in the moment (not in the past and not in the future mode): Take 5 to 10 seconds to do the following: Push your feet hard into the floor or sand and straighten your spine.... As you do this, take a slow, deep breath. Look around and notice five things you can SEE. Listen carefully and notice five things you can HEAR. Notice where you are and what you are doing! Enjoy this short mindfulness meditation while listening to Harp on Kingsport Beach Nova Scotia, a gift of peace to you and me! With love and care! Johanne See more
