Well I have all the meatloaf made and ready for the smokers tomorrow. They look so good. There is about 44lbs. Lol.

Had a local business ask if we could do a lunch special for them. So today we did a orange ginger salad, with a grill chicken club wrap. I hope they like them I know I do. Lol

Well looks like we will be busy tomorrow. We just did our final totals for the souvlaki dinners. We are at 61 orders, for a total of 103 skewers. So I have everything skewered up and ready to go. Also I just seasoned the pulled pork for Sunday. So if your looking for Sunday night dinner it should be a good one.

Up and at it early today. We received a call yesterday asking if we could whip up a sandwich tray and pickle and cheese&cracker tray for today for 1130. It is already to go and I think it looks amazing. So if your ever in the need for trays do not hesitate to call. We will do just about anything including appetizers trays, fruit trays, cheese&crackers, pickle trays, sandwich trays. And yes the pickle skewers were handmade. Lol.

Sunday January 24th The dinner for this Sunday is homemade meatloaf and gravy with homemade creamy mac and cheese and corn. $15. Pick-up will be between 4:30 and 5pm. We have limited quantities so get your orders in quickly.

SOLD OUT After talking to some repeat customers and their love of the souvlaki dinner, we have decide that we are going to do a souvlaki dinner every Friday or every other Friday. This Friday we will be doing a pork souvlaki dinner. We are changing in up a little and adding Greek style roasted potatoes instead of rice. The entire meal with consist of pork skewers, potatoes, Greek salad and homemade tzatziki sauce. ... Single skewer dinner -$15 Double skewer dinner -$20.
