Happy Sunday Falcon Families! We hope that you had a very relaxing and enjoyable 2 week break! We are very excited to re-connect with you as we begin 2021. Our return to school is going to look much different from how we left on December 18th. This coming week, January 4-8th, we will be learning remotely. Tomorrow, you can expect to hear from one of your child's teachers (homeroom or specialty) as a check in.... Staff will be coming together tomorrow to develop their schedules, connect with students and distribute technology to families. Students will begin their remote learning on Tuesday and this will continue until Friday. Please know that attendance will be taken from Tuesday to Friday. Please be sure to report your child's absence to avoid being contacted by the attendance system. The Parent Portal remains open today for you to request technology for your child. While getting ready for another week of school make sure to include a water bottle and an extra change of clothes. No matter the age of your child remember that accidents happen so do slips and falls in the mud/water.

Below is a message sent to all our families in School Messenger Good morning Falcon Families! Welcome to winter! With the cancellation of buses today, there have been many questions around what dismissal will look like today. We will be proceeding with a walker dismissal only tonight and on any days where buses are cancelled in the future. When buses are cancelled, all of our students present will be considered walkers. Students will be dismissed at their regular walker ...bell and will be dismissed out their regular door where walkers are dismissed. For kindergarten and primary students, this door is generally near their classroom area on the back tarmac area. Please remember that our front doors remain locked. We understand that sometimes early pick up can't be avoided but generally, we encourage pickups at the regular dismissal time near your child's regular dismissal doors. Stay safe and warm today!
