We finished up a little facelift in Teeswater yesterday. We removed some old green shrubs and replaced them with a more modern look. We added a standard limelight hydrangea, fine wine weigela, caramel coral bells, salsa red echinacea and Karl foerster grasses.

We're making a plant run this week! We are coming into a great time of year to plant perennials, grasses, shrubs and trees. If you are looking for any plants send us a message for availability and pricing. All of our plants are delivered locally with a one year warranty.

Finished our stonework today! It turned out great, a little mix of Permacon wall stone and small armour stones. We planted ligularia, grasses, coral bells, hydrangeas and finished it off with natural pine mulch.

Covid 19 update: We've been released! The Ontario Government relaxed restrictions around landscaping and garden centres starting Monday. We will be out starting spring cleanups as of Monday May 4th. If you see us at your property please respect the physical distancing restrictions that are still in effect. If you have any questions or concerns please call or text Laura at 519-531-1900. Covid 19 Update: We hope everyone is staying healthy during the covid 19 pandemic. We are still following the current direction of Landscape Ontario and the Ontario Government. We were hoping that the announcement from the Ontario Government Monday would have allowed landscape companies to start working. However, that didn’t happen and at this time there have been no changes allowing landscaping companies to be out working. We do realise some municipalities are allowing land...scape cleanups to begin. We have been in contact with our municipality and our MPP, they have confirmed that we cannot be out working and that the OPP are ticketing for non essential work. The municipal employees are also not out working on cleanup of parks etc right now. Landscape Ontario is working closely with the Government of Ontario in hopes that landscaping can resume as we can work safely away from the public. Covid 19 update: We hope all of our customers are currently healthy and following the government guidelines during this global pandemic. While we at Harris Gardens feel we can safely work as we can have no contact with the public on a daily basis, the government of Ontario has deemed landscape work to be nonessential at this time. Our governing body, Landscape Ontario has also taken the stance that landscapers do not work unless they have explicit permission from the governme...nt. We have reached out to the Ontario stop the spread hotline for business and were given the clarity that we cannot operate unless we are addressing a safety, security or sanitation issue. Given the unfortunate current circumstances we will be following the governments orders and will not be out working. We will be out to complete spring cleanups as soon as we are allowed by the government. If you are at home and would like to complete some spring cleanup yourself, please do.
