Canadian and U.S. officials have decided to keep the border between the two countries closed to non-essential travel until April 21, 2021. Keep getting your Vaccines everyone & then there's a much better chance of when the Border will open. (My Opinion)

USA & Canada Government has agreed that the border between Canada and the United States will remain closed to non-essential travel for at least another month; the closure has been extended to March 21.

Canada-U.S. land border closure extended to Feb. 21 The COVID-19 travel restrictions in place at the Canada-U.S. land border are being extended for another month and will remain in effect until Feb. 21, 2021; this applies to all non-essential travel.

President Trump & Prime Minister Trudeau once again have made the decision to extend the Border closure for another month; so now will be closed to non-essential traffic until October 21st.

Cabin 2, Bear's Den, becomes a Deluxe Cabin with 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, full kitchen & a Living Room. Besides the existing deck, It now also has a deck off the Living Room that has great lakeview. The Addition was added in 2019, and had to be finished inside & out before the Border opened. These pics are of the addition. There is a sectional Sofa on order as well as beds & other furnishings still to be purchase; but it's all coming together nicely.

An addition to Cabin 6, Duck Marsh, was built last year, and completed this year (Interior & Exterior). The two bedrooms added, made the previous bedroom into a living room. Although all the furnishings are not yet complete, there is more room for our guests to relax & enjoy their trips.

Cabin 6 remodeled from a 2 bedroom to a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin with a deck off the new living room facing the lake.

EVEN IF the Border would open Sept 21st, you would have to have an isolation/quarantine plan for 14 days. Basically means tourism guests can't go to the Resorts they were booked at, as that is not in quarantine/self isolation.

Canada / USA Border closure has been extended until Sept 21 according to PR Trump & PM Trudeau.

July 14 2020: Canadian and U.S. officials have agreed to keep the border between the two countries closed to non-essential travel until August 21, CTV News has confirmed.

The "extended ban on Foreign Nationals" until July 31st does not presently affect the Canada USA Border closure which is in affect until Jul 21st. Further news will come from President Trump & Prime Minister Trudeau.
