Damn I miss this stuff... There is nothing like being at a live show that takes you away to different places and far out spaces... [LONG POST] This is the stuff that inspired me to actually pursue music as a career, so its tough for me to see the industry - once again - changing everything up on us. The COVID 19 Pandemic has obviously had an impact on the live music industry of 2020 and the people who rely on it to support themselves, their families, and even their very... own careers. I’ll never forget my first concert - on and off the stage. It definitely inspired me as a musician but more so helped me grow and become who I am as a person. It’s what taught me how to stick it to the man. I really couldn’t imagine my life #withoutmusic . Also 2020 is probably the worst year possible to not be able to go blow some steam at a live show... but whatever.. that doesn’t mean the shows won’t be 10 times better once we can finally kick back! More good news is that Unison Benevolent Fund has been fundraising, and spreading awareness to help support the industry and the people within, who might be looking for emergency relief or support. Holy crepes... I did an interview on cobourg’s very own Classic Rock 107.9 today... I’ve been listening to this station all my life so that’s huge for me I’m pumped to say the least .
