Here’s one of the aftermath of the spring storm that we experienced on Monday. Lots of fender bender around Saskatoon on Monday due to heavy snowfall, gust of winds, low visibility and flash freezes. This car hit a curb and damaged a bunch of steering and suspension components and crinkled the body-on-frame in the engine bay.

Diagnostic: vehicle doesn’t start so it was towed to our shop. We found no fuel pressure at the fuel rail indicating that the fuel pump not turning. Upon wiggling the wiring at the fuel pump, the fuel pump responded indicating that there is a loose connection at the connector. By spending time on proper diagnostic, we managed to save the customer hundreds of dollars by not replacing the fuel pump.
