Hey folks! Happy Wednesday, and as the weather is getting kinda gloomy, it's really important that we take care of our bodies through stretches and exercise! Even if you don't have any reason to, it feels a lot better to get up from your chair and move around. Hello HHAC!! A couple of the committee members were thinking of shooting at the Seton range this Sunday afternoon as it is supposed to be warm!!
