Brake systems should be flushed every two years. Most modern bikes come standard with ABS and the ABS modules that I’ve replaced usually have really old brake fluid in the system. This fluid doesn’t look old at all but very crystallized in the reservoir.

Any ZX11 fans out there? This thing is pretty minty!!

Last person to do a valve adjust on this bike must have stocks in a silicone company.

Consistency is key. 3 and 4 cyl needles were floating up and down as no top washer for the spring to hold in place. 1 and 2 needles have the top washer but 2 is missing a spacer under the needle for the needle height. Dilemma is, does the bike need the half clip spacer or did someone just put it together all wrong?

GSXRs already have enough charging system issues. Lets not help them out. When I see work like this I just hope that someone didn’t pay a professional to do it.
