Just because you do not see the red tent doesn't mean we are not open!! We are there cooking away, creating all the yummies that we can fit in :-) For those who have asked, we will not have any pies now until next week (sorry)

Good Monday morning!! We will be open as usual today, with lots and lots of fresh produce available :-) But for now, we are on our way in to make pickles!

Today is the Fall Fare- rediscover Downtown Napanee- and we couldn't ask for nicer weather, could we? Look for our red tent on John Street- we have all kinds of local produce right now: pickling cukes. apples, tomatoes, garlic, green and yellow beans, green peppers, onions (spanish, red or green). zucchini, squash- did I miss anything? We do have pies in stock for today, and of course all of our preserved goodies! Hope to see you out and about folks :-)

You name it, we got it! Green and yellow beans , cortlands and honeycrisp apples, flemish beauty pears, field tomatoes freshly picked, cucumbers, garlic- all local :-) :-) And don't forget the pies!! Open today from 9-4. Have a wonderful sunny day :- Note- WOW did I forget stuff this morning! We also have fresh corn on the cob, green peppers, zucchini, red and white potatoes, green onion, spanish onion, pumpkins and assorted squash!

Open for business as usual. We have local green and yellow beans fresh out of the field this morning :-) Cucumbers are back in stock while they last. The last of the Niagara Peaches are in. And yes, Sarah, we still have pies :-)

Shout out to the Verona Lions Club for a wonderful event! Yesterdays Garlic Festival was a ton of fun- well organized and planned, with lots of great vendors and fabulous customers. We had a great time :-) We are closed now until Tuesday (gasp! two whole days off? together?) We wish you all a safe and happy long weekend :-)

Big weekend coming up- We will be at the Garlic Festival in Verona on Saturday Sept 5, 9-3. This is an outdoor event, with protocols in place for everyones' protection. Lots of wonderful vendors and products available. Spring Meadow Orchards opens this weekend for apple picking- they carry a large line of our products also, and have a full line of the produce they grow for sale too. Oh, and the best donuts around!! The store will still be open regular hours, and WOW we have some beautiful, large peaches from Niagara!! And last but not least, we have baked a whole lot of pies :-) Get them early if you want them :-)

We will be here this weekend!! :-)
