Would not advise travel right now .yes this is a road .the only reason I went out because I had to rescue an ambulance. Hunker down as soon as it clears up we can go out and get whom ever is stuck out on the highways.take care stay safe.

Officially TRAVEL NOT RECOMMENDED on highway 11! If you can avoid driving, please stay home! Watch for emergency roadside vehicles. Slow down and move over. Give them room to work.
