Available in various compartment capacities, designs, profiles, etc. Suitable for trayed meals for hotel banquet service, health care facilities, corrections, institutions, retirement/nursing homes, re-therm support, etc. Models have single, double, or triple compartment capacity with 1 or 2 trays per slide. Delivery trucks are manufactured as open or with enclosed sides or fully enclosed with hinged doors, bases and tops. Trucks feature removable tray slide assemblies for easy cleaning with some models available with fixed slides. Manufactured to accommodate the client’s tray applications. Colour décor is an option on some models. Multiple options and features available for client customization. Trucks will transport meals on trays to patients, off-site facilities by transport vehicles, tow motor delivery, etc.

Let's talk Angle Racks... Manufactured from 304 #4 finish stainless steel to NSF standards where applicable. Some aluminum models available. All models have single, double, or triple compartment capacity with 1 or 2 tray/pans per slide. Tray and pan racks are manufactured as open with various models featuring enclosed sides, bases, and/or tops. All models are available as standard height with low profile as an option. Hatch also offers stainless steel nesting racks which extends space saving options for limited storage areas. Multiple features are available such as rotating tray/pan stops to secure trays and pans while racks are in transport at sites or in vehicles to other sites. Customized to accommodate the client’s tray or pan applications.

How do you clean your stainless steel equipment? Hatch equipment meets all applicable health and safety codes and is manufactured to comply with NSF standards to maintain the certification. If used properly and maintained on a regular basis, Hatch equipment will last for many years.... Cleaning: A simple wipe down with soapy water is usually all that is required to clean stainless steel equipment. Drying with a dry cloth will restore shine and remove any hard water residue. Caution: Any liquids or powders applied to stainless steel equipment containing chlorides or phosphates will cause permanent damage. Use of such ingredients will result in discoloration and dulling of metal finishes, pits, small holes, and cracks. High chloride contact water may also contribute to damage on stainless steel. Please note that this type of damage can only be reversed by re-polishing the stainless steel which will only remove dulling and discoloration. Markings and indenting will be permanent. **Any damage as noted above is not incorporated in equipment warranty coverage. Proper cleaning is important to maintain your warranty.
