Talvez se você parar de aparecer, não seja procurado. Talvez se você parar de tentar, a relação termine. Talvez se você parar de enviar mensagens, seu telefone permanecerá escuro por semanas. Isso não significa que você arruinou a relação, significa que a única coisa que segurava era a energia que só você dava para mantê-la. Isso não é amor, é apego. É querer dar uma chance pra quem não merece! Você merece muito, existe gente que não deve estar na sua vida, você vai perceber. A coisa mais valiosa que você tem na sua vida é o seu tempo e energia, pois ambos são limitados. Ao que você der seu tempo e energia, definirá sua existência. Quando você percebe isso começa a entender porque você está tão ansioso quando passa tempo com pessoas, em atividades, lugares ou situações que não lhe convêm e não devem estar perto de você, você é roubado em energia. Você começará a perceber que a coisa mais importante que pode fazer por si mesmo e por todos os que o rodeiam é proteger sua energia mais ferozmente do que qualquer outra coisa. Faça da sua vida um refúgio seguro, no qual só são permitidas pessoas compatíveis com você. Você não é responsável por salvar ninguém. Você não é responsável por convencê-los a melhorar. Não é seu trabalho existir para as pessoas e dar sua vida a elas! Porque se te sentires mal, se te sentires obrigado, serás a raiz de todos os teus problemas pela tua insistência, temendo que não te devolvam os favores que concedeste. É sua única obrigação perceber que você é o amo do seu destino e aceitar o amor que você acha merecer.
