2020 AGM is being held on Sunday Feb 14th 1pm-4pm Royal Canadian Legion Free Coffee The agenda will include adoption of the 2019 AGM minutes, business arising from the minutes, a full review of the past 2020 season including financial and operational reports, committee reports and any new business as well as the election of the 2021 Executive (President-VP-Treasurer & Secretary) and up to 9 board... members. A review of the relationships with the Town of Hay River as well as the Ski Club is ongoing and a clearer definition of roles and responsibilities is emerging along with a much improved working relationship with Town Hall. Funding initiatives are being pursued in a number of areas with the objectives of restoring the facilities, repairing and replacing equipment and providing for course improvements. Chase the Ace in association with the Hay River Ski Club - updates will be provided by the CTA2020 committee With the impacts of Covid-19 on the 2020 season expected to last well into the coming season the HRGC faces many significant challenges to maintain a viable Golf Course and will rely on the input and participation of it's members to move forward. While the Executive and Board, once elected, will carry the bulk of the workload it is imperative that the membership bring forward ideas and input to provide both direction and support. Hay River Golf Club wishes to extend our sincerest thanks to all the staff and volunteers that kept the course in such great condition (especially considering the weather this year) and for giving the extra efforts to provide members and guests with a chance to enjoy the game at the best golf course north of 60.

Hay River Golf Club will be closing the Pro Shop effective Monday Sept 28/20. Guests and pay green fees online via e-transfer to [email protected]. There is also signage at the course. LAST THURSDAY MENS NIGHT!!! Hi all tonight’s is the last night of men’s league!!! Tonight’s game will be kiwi dice night this game is played with teams of four. 5:30pm registration shotgun start at 6:00pm $7.00 entry fee. Hope to see you all out tonight
