On a sunny Saturday a group of engaged Haysborites came together to design, cut, paint and create the Embrace the Outdoors Haysboro Scavenger Hunt. For the month of April we hope you’ll enjoy walking, running, and rolling through the boro looking for all the letters in Haysboro. Thank You SO much #Haysboro for stepping up and contributing to the HCA for the winter ice maintenance. We were able to maintain our equipment and continue to offer the residents of Haysboro a great ice experience throughout the winter months. We hope you all enjoyed the time out on the ice with your family. With your generous contributions we were able to exceed our original goal of $1,000. You guys truly are AWESOME! This has been a challenging year for us, as current health restrictions have limited our traditional revenue sources (Hall Rentals, Programs, etc). We truly appreciate all of you for what you have given us and YOUR community. THANK you a million times over

The HCA needs your help! Bottle Drive flyers need to be delivered to mailboxes this week. A great way to get outside in the neighbourhood and get some steps! Last bottle drive we more than doubled our proceeds because of flyers! Email [email protected] if you can help.

From the City of Calgary regarding our waste bins (calgary.ca/collection) The seasons are changing and so is your green cart collection. Starting in November, your green cart will be picked up once every other week. Weekly green cart collection will resume in the spring. Holiday collection schedule changes... There is no bin pick up on Christmas Day or New Year's Day for single-family homes. If your blue, green, or black cart collection normally falls on one of these days, your collection day will be three days later on Monday: Christmas Day (Friday, Dec. 25, 2020) pick up will move to Monday, Dec. 28, 2020. New Year's Day (Friday, Jan. 1, 2021) pick up will move to Monday, Jan. 4, 2021. Regular Friday collection will resume on Jan. 8, 2021.
