Dear Patients, Clients and Friends, Hayven Dentures is open for regular services again and we are back in action to serve you. We welcome everyone to our new normal. If your appointment was cancelled due to the mandated closure, you will be getting a call from us soon with your new schedule appointment. Our office hours have changed to protect the flow and number of patients we see each day however we have opened Fridays! We will accommodate the best we can to minimize delays... of all treatments. Like always, we take everyone’s safety seriously and we have implemented new protocols to protect you and our staff. Changes to our practice: - All our denturists and staff will have their temperatures measured in the morning and after lunch to ensure no fever is present - We have updated our PPE to include a cap, face shield/safety glasses, masks and gowns - The waiting room is temporarily off limits - We will be measuring everyone’s temperature with a contactless thermometer upon their arrival - We will be sending out forms via email or fax to be filled before your arrival - We will be asking a few questions regarding your recent travels and health. - If you have travelled or have been near someone who has been sick, we will rebook your appointment and will kindly ask you to stay home for the recommended self-quarantine period - We will temporarily not be accepting walk-in patients Changes you will be following: - You will be answering a few questions regarding your recent travels and health (If you have travelled or have been near someone who has been sick, please kindly stay home for the recommended self-quarantine period) - You will fill out the forms we send and return them back to us at least 36 hours before your appointment (failure to do so may result in delays or rescheduling of your appointment) - When you arrive to the clinic, you are to wait in the car and call or knock on the door to notify us that you have arrived (If you have a face mask, please bring it with you) - Upon entering the clinic, you will be asked to sanitize your hands with hand sanitizer. When entering the clinical rooms, you will be asked to wash your hands and dentures with hand soap. You will also be given a mouthwash to rinse for 30 seconds If you need an appointment, do not hesitate to call and call early so we can schedule you in appropriately. We are doing our best to decrease the higher stress levels during these times and if you have any questions, please give us a call or email us. We look forward to seeing you soon.

The College of Denturists of Ontario has given the okay for denture clinics to begin regular services. We will be providing updates soon on the changes and protocols our clinic will implement. For everyone who has contacted us or had their appointments tentatively rescheduled, we will be contacting you shortly.
