New Year’s Day is often a day when people reflect on their experiences from the past year and make plans for the next. 2020 certainly provided unprecedented challenges and unexpected changes to this little business. COVID restrictions took a serious toll on us, but we found a way to stay open thanks to the loyal support from our community. Thank you all. Without you, we would have been closed long ago. The new year brings changes, though. After three years in business, I have... made the difficult decision to reduce my role to that of an investor and consultant so that I can pursue a career in swine genetics. The name on the sign will be changing, but the faces will be familiar, as DeeDee Kennedy and Charmayne Sawley will be taking over the day to day operations. Don’t worryyour favorite treats will still be available, made with the original recipes you’ve grown to love. Haywired is not gone, though. The original canned goods will be available under the original name, and we’re looking forward to adding some exciting new products in the coming months.
