Joy, the newest girl around here meets her future gal pals. She has a very kind personality and has settled in very well. More Chrome for our program! When crossed on Sirius Black, the result will be tall, black babies with good thinking minds and a good chance of white trim.

We are grateful to all those who chose a DGH Morgan in 2020. Some are destined for the show ring or broodmare mare band. Others will enjoy life on the trails with their person.

DGH Star of the Stage has headed south to Newmont Morgans, Walter & Margaret Gladstone, Vermont. The start of big things for this beautiful mare.

It was a busy year for sales for our small farm. We were delighted to send DGH Relativity (Bazinga x Kissed By Courage) to his new home in Vermont at Salem Farm, Peggy and Philip Alderman.

We are excited for some new arrivals around here. This is Paint Rocks Saffire (Ultimate Creation x Paint Rock’s Black Velvet). She’s in foal for a 2021 foal by Equinox Heir of Courage. We thank Newmont Morgans for parting with this proven producer.

Gates are hung, no climb wire is stretched and we have 2 new barnyards for the winter. The smaller, southern one will be great for babies and the north yard has lots of room for the big girls to gather round the bale and express their mareness! Still need to put up boards in a few sections and the all important electric reinforcements! It is a job to convert this former cow/calf operation into a horse paradise (and maybe some cute cows eventually too) but it’s a beautiful place and We are grateful everyday to live here. (Remind me that in March...)

MWS Indian Summer CH has been enjoying her summer of relaxation with her new owner Theresa White.

We like long necks and we cannot lie! That’s Claudius, Helena, Toto and Scotty and Charmin whom I cannot yet tell apart... breeds are Roman Tufted, Super African and Sebastopol.

It feels really good to finally have TWO black dots confirmed today! Alphastar First Stage (Stage Rage x JW First Impression) in foal to Bazinga, and Kissed by Couraje (CCR’s Outrajus Courajus x Kiss N Tell) in foal to Sirius Black.

Holly heard Chile foaled early and didn’t want to be outdone. This guy was born in the field last night, over three weeks early. The colt is by Sirius Black out of Alphastar First Stage.

Kissed By Couraje (CCR’s Outrajus Courajus x Kiss N Tell) is in foal to Sirius Black for 2021. This mare is an easy mover with a great work ethic. I would have loved to have shown her.
