Day 2 Ottawa - another incredible day filled with so much fun and learning: Geo-caching, exploring Byward Market, attending mass at Notre Dame Cathedral, and exploring the amazing Canadian War Museum! And we aren't even tired yet after all of that excitement!

A fantastic day in Ottawa with our Grade 8s today. From The Canadian Museum of History to the Guided Tour of the Supreme Court of Canada (and a fabulous Mock Trial!) to a Parliament Hill Centre Block Tour to a Historic Walking Tour of Ottawa - we have learned a lot and had great fun too! More to come tomorrow!

A perfect day for Play Day to celebrate Canada's 150th! The school was awash with red and white and lots of fun was had by all. Our Grade 8 Station Leaders led the way and our Grade 6 and 7 team leaders were fantastic models of team spirit and fair play! A special shout out to our Catholic School Council who sponsored the hot dogs and ice dawg treats! To our amazing volunteers, we couldn't do it without you - thank you!!

Our Celebration of Talent and Tenacity was a big success! We are proud of all of our students who are working hard to develop their talents in many ways. Some are talents that can be showcased on a stage while others are on a field or court and yet others in day to day actions in how we treat one another. For all of your efforts-we are proud of you! You make our school a diverse and special place!

Congratulations to both our boys and girls soccer teams who competed at the annual Ascentrick Soccer Tournaments held June 23 and 14. In true form, our St. Paul students always shine for their hard work and team spirit. Special shout out to Maggie G. Who earned the MVP award for her amazing goaltending! These students don't quit! Well done players and coaches!
