You will also be involved in Wills, Estate Administration, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, and Commercial Leasing. The ideal candidate will: have at least 2 years of actual experience in a busy practice; be able to advise upon setting up ...business organizations, commercial transactions, and corporate governance in small- to medium-sized private corporations; bring top-notch drafting and research skills to the position; have exposure to other areas of a general solicitor practice; possess a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a self-starting attitude; and be dedicated to professional ethics and client service.
