Our staff would like to thank everyone for their patience and support during this difficult time . We are still starting to get use to all the requirements. An Appointment is recommended but we can take some walk ins here and there . You just need to stay outside and one of our team members will let you know when we can fit you in ... This week our hours will be : Monday - Friday 9-5 pm Sat 9-2 pm Closed Sunday Our hours will go back to normal after a few week. Still trying to sort things out . To our values clients , Eastern Ontario Health Unit came out with different rules and restrictions for Hair / Barber salons today. All clients will require a face mask . There will be absolutely no waxing , shaving , beard grooming and several other things .... If you don’t have a mask, you will be able to purchase one for $1 before entering. Please have patience with us as the rules are changing daily . We are trying our best to keep up. We need to keep our clients and staff healthy at all times . Safety is a priority so please be understanding and have patience during this difficult time. It’s extremely frustrating for all.

To our values clients, We will be opening up slowly as there is so many rules and regulations. We are not able to have a full staff at this time . As of Wednes...day June 10th you will be able to call to make an appt between 9-12pm. WE DO NOT TAKE APPOINTMENTS ON LINE AS WE ARE NOT SET UP FOR SUCH We will be working by appointments until further notice . If you have an appointment you will have to stay outside the shop until you are asked to enter unfortunately due to restrictions . We will take walk ins but you won’t be able to come in. We will have someone there to tell you a time your able to be taken . There will be services we can’t offer as of right now and that will be all waxing and no type of shaving . If you are sick please wait until you are better for the safety of our staff and other clients . We will have sanitizers at every stations. All capes and equipment will be sanitized after each and every use. We will be open Friday 9-5pm and 9-2 pm closed Sunday . Hours will be shorter as mentioned until we have everything down pat . Please be patient with our staff as everyone wants to be done . We will try to due our best to accommodate all parties . If for any reason you have an appt and can’t make it please make sure to call and cancel as this is an extremely busy time for us . Thank you so much for your patience and understanding . To our values clients: Today we were given the green light to open the salon as of Friday . There are lots of unknowns as of now. We have been in contact with the Eastern Ontario health unit and they do not have all the protocols that are required in place as they only found out at 1 pm today the same as you. We are having a salon meeting in the morning and will update you with more info tomorrow.... Please keep in mind 3/4 of our staff have children and they are in day cares which aren’t open yet, so we will be opening with reduced staff and hours. We also have social distancing so we have to have limit clients in the shop for the time being . The shop will be running on appt only and only the clients with the appt can enter unless you have health issues and needs assistance.
