If you can at all arrange it...Make the big decisions after you have had a "normal" kind of day. You know, one when you got up, got dressed, spoke to people in the world and gave yourself a moment to see the problems you are tackling with a calm"er"perspective.... If it's a problem that has to be addressed now- at least call a friend, talk it out... then have a coffee and breath through it. Do not allow yourself to project scenarios that are based on fear. A huge percent of what we fear never ever comes to pass. Know that.
