Book your Muskoka getaway today!!! Available beginning June 2021. Taking bookings now. Four Season cottage in Bracebrige Muskoka. 2 hour drive from GTA or 4-5 hours from Ottawa. 20 minutes to Santa’s Village and Downtown Bracebridge. The downtown offers a variety of shops, services and eateries.... 3 Bedroom Cottage plus Muskoka room on a Quiet lake in Bracebridge, Muskoka. A favourite spot is the Muskoka room at the front of the cottage with comfortable seating for four people and beautiful views of the lake. Cottage sleeps 6 people maximum. Also has a large deck with patio and Broil King BBQ, fire pit, and shallow entry swimming which gradually deepens. There is also a trampoline. Perfect for little ones. The lower land portion of the cottage is great for playing sports like soccer, volleyball, etc with 160’ deep by 70’ wide. For winter enthusiasts there is a snowmobile trail nearby. Tobogganing is also a fun family activity which can be done on the property. The cottage is fully furnished and includes: Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster, Dishes, Pots/Pans, Glasses and Cutlery. There is an Air Conditioning Unit for the warm weather and a pellet stove as well as baseboard heaters for the colder seasons. TV - we have a DVD player and several movies, puzzles and games. Help yourself! No pets allowed. Smoke free. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds Muskoka Room: Futon Linens - please bring your own linens, pillows and towels Full bathroom - Toilet, Shower and Vanity Free parking Check In: 4:00 PM Check Out: 11:00 AM Minimum check in age for booking/rental agreement - 18 years old Rates: 2021 Summer June/July/August - Excluding long weekends: Weekly Rates $2200 per week (Saturday to Saturday) Weeks that have long weekends: *June 26- July 3 - $2500 *July 31-August 7 - $2500 2021 September/October/November/ December excluding long weekends: $1800 weekly (Saturday to Saturday) ; 3 nights $850, 2 nights $700 2022 Jan- June 1 - $1800 weekly (Saturday to Saturday), 3 nights $850, 2 nights $700 $500 deposit required at time of booking and balance due 2 weeks prior to vacation. An additional $500 security deposit is needed and will be refunded in full pending there is no damage.
