Me and every other Canadian when the first little bit of spring makes an appearance! The sun just feels so good and energizing! I feel this new energy in a new way from, basically most of my life. Most of my life my thoughts were: Summers coming soon better start a new diet to get my ass in shape for that bikini!!... Lately this has looked different. I have finally gotten to a place with my lifestyle that I am DONE with dieting! Do I still eat salads and exercise most days? YES. Do I enjoy wine and donuts when I feel like it?? YES. It’s getting to know yourself and your body that can help you make empowered choices every single day for the rest of your life. Is it always going to be perfect?? Fuck no, i am human. I ain’t perfect. Life frickin happens. We get up. We re-evaluate and keep going. And hey try and not be so damn hard on yourself! I am wondering if of my beautiful ladies are feeling this?? I want to help you get there, cause it frees up so much of your life not to stress and worry about our food and our bodies! Much love!!

How do I celebrate a month without a breakout on my chin?? Why by posting a makeup-free selfie of course! I’ve done sooo many things over the years to have perfect skin. All the make up and skin care brands. I’m definitely a proponent for simple all natural brands. But sometimes that all doesn’t matter because what is happening on the inside shows up! All the messing around I’ve done along the journey to better skin And a better body, I am grateful for how much I’ve learned... about by body along the way. I’ve been taking an all natural tincture by @ground.up.essentials on top of a few other lifestyle tweaks. This product has been amazing.
