Healing Nature

This is a spot a long the bow river just outside of downtown and it’s one of the more effected areas I’ve been working on for the 4 years and it never seems to improve. I come to 4-5 times a month to cleanup. It’s a lot very small pcs of plastic, foam, butts and needles and there’s always a couple of bags worth of stuff to carry out.

Over the last 5-6 years I have spent much of my free time exploring the natural areas in and around Calgary. There are so many beautiful landscapes teaming with wildlife! I would have never thought it if I hadn’t experienced them for myself. Spirit of the Cottonwood The spirit of the cottonwood brings the auspicious energies of hope, healing and transformation.(Huge players in my life over the past few years) My ancestors, the first peoples of this land tell a story of how the cottonwood gave birth to stars.
