Healing Heart Work is the work I do with people. I call it Healing Heart Work because the objective of the work is always to remove any blocks or obstacles to you having full access to your own heart, your feelings, thoughts, energies, hurts, joys...all of it is you... Love yourself first then you can truly love others. Accept all of yourself. Accept all of your emotions, the good, the bad and the ugly. It is not the emotions we need to fear but how we treat ourselves when they are present. Soften and Hold a loving space for each emotion, allow it to dissolve into the true energy it is sourced from. It will tell you a story about a precious little one that was hurt and scared long ago. It will allow you to heal the hurts you have tried to leave behind. Shelly Zebedee
