I am so grateful for the tools of Access Consciousness. Yesterday I had one of those holy moly crap I give up and I want out of my life moments. I woke up today and it was still there. Ugh So I contacted one of the many amazing peeps I know who works on bodies. We did a one hour distance session. All I can say is I went from ugh to so much peace love forgiveness and space. ... Growing up I was programmed to put everyone and everything else before myself. Choosing me first was selfish. Sadly I know today that living with these expectations and projections limited me and what I was able to create in my life. I was exhausted constantly trying to care for others and be one step ahead of their needs so they would love and respect me. ... In the end they didnt. I was their doormat willing to do whatever was required to bring them joy when truly I resented them and felt taken advantage of. I am so grateful today that I understand that in order to be there for others I first have to care for myself. When my bucket is full I have the kindness, the joy and the energy to share with all. Best of all I share because it brings me joy; not because it is expected. Sometime I require to set boundaries with people. I dont find this ease to do however if I have the courage to choose it this choice, it creates more in my life and our relationship. Have you chose you today? I feel so Blessed to have had a wonderful weekend with our family. Busy and fun. Today I am grateful for the wisdom to continue seeking my awareness. My awareness today was to dedicate the day to my own self care. Relaxing, napping in my hammock as required and listening to Access Consciousness Podcasts. The tools I have learned from access consciousness have given me the space to be me totally and completely without judgement, guilt or shame. I am so grateful for ME!! Time for change everyone! What can you chose now that would create more for you and everyone else??

What is gaslighting?? In the 1940 movie Gaslight starring Ingrid Bergman and Charles Boyer gaslighting is used as a form of manipulation. People will try to manipulate you into believing you are crazy, their point of view is correct and yours is not. Gaslighting is a form of control that leaves the receiver self doubting, feeling inadequate and lowers self esteem. Abuse is the same. People who use abuse or gaslighting to control others often are the ones that feel inadequat...e and use these cruel means to feel better about themselves and exert power over others. Exerting power over others is not a true sign of being a powerful soul, lifting others up is!! Individuals are not the only gaslighters and abusers. Institutions and governments are historically recorded using abuse & gaslighting to control populations and get masses to agree with their agendas. What if each of us stood up for what we know to be true? We were never controllable by anyone? What if we acknowledged the potential, potency and uniqueness in ourselves and others creating an environment that encourages each other? What kind of planet would we live in where everyone mattered, where a difference of opinion wasnt a judgement or wrongness rather just a different point of view? We are all one and we all matter. Race, colour of skin, sexual orientation, political view points and religion are not grounds to discriminate ever. Rather these differences should be used to celebrate individuals and their personal right to chose. We can agree to disagree without creating abuse, harm, riots and suffering for anyone. Friendship to me doesnt mean I always agree with my friends. It means I honour them enough to allow them to be themselves choosing what brings them joy and they do the same for me. Lets join together to lift everyone up and band together in love, joy and equality. I can acknowledge those that have harmed me in the past or you are desiring you harm me now; however you will not take my joy, my passion and my love of life from me. Not on my watch and in my lifetime! I wonder what else is possible to create a reality where we all thrive?? Blessings everyone.

Happy Thursday Everyone! Life has changed for all of us and will continue to change. I truly wonder whats possible for each of us and the planet going forward? I have found that listening to my body not my mind has greatly assisted me in creating more ease. Taking time I never allowed myself before, as my to do list was too long has opened up a world of possibilities. I used to measure my day by what I accomplished and ticked off my ever growing list. ... Now I make my list of possible tasks and if they get done today great if not there is tomorrow. I am not saying procrastinate rather I dont force my will on my day. By removing the resistance and force I have learned how to allow my day to flow, being the rock in the stream. I know the Universe truly has my back and if I ask for what I truly desire, allow the universe to bring it at the right time and get outbid theyhow it should show up I gift others the opportunity to chose for them. So much gratitude for the tools of Access Consciousness! I look forward to introducing you to the tools of Access that allow you the space to get out of your own way and create so much more than you ever imagined possible when businesses are allowed to resume. Welcome to May Everyone!! A beautiful soul shared these this morning and it felt so fun to move them on. How many priorities did I have before this that have fallen away with ease? They are no longer as important as I had created them to be. I personally have had my highs and lows as all around me continues to unfold. Gratefully I dont stay in the lows long. I realize I have complete choice. ... Choice to chose to do something that brings me joy. Choice to create something new. Choice to spend time genuinely getting to know myself. Choice to reconnect with those that matter via technology. Choice to take a moment to notice the beauty all around me that I was too busy to notice before. Choice to learn something new. KIDS are at home with their FAMILIES. PARENTS are home taking care of their CHILDREN. FAST FOOD replaced by HOME COOKED MEALS. Hectic SCHEDULES replaced by NAPS, REST, and RELAXATION. The AIR seems CLEANER. The WORLD quieter. PEOPLE are conscious about HYGIENE and HEALTH. MONEY doesn't seem to make the WORLD GO ROUND anymore. DOCTORS AND NURSES are being praised and recognized instead of athletes and celebrities And WE now have TIME, finally, to STOP and SMELL the ROSES. ..The positive side above all!!
