Happy New Year! Better late than never It's been difficult to find words lately, and it'sfelt like a rollercoaster of emotions for various reasons -- moving, work, yurt, business, health, protests, family, covid and lock downs.... I've managed to enjoy minimal self care just to keep going, but now my body is responding and telling me "Enough - stop avoiding by busying yourself and start feeling!" It's sometimes difficult as an empath to differentiate between my own feelings and everyone else's. So I'm taking advantage of this lock down by taking time to disconnect, freeing up time to reconnect with myself and focus on me for a little bit before I officially open my doors to you!
